Jigsawonder Terms of Use

Jigsawonder lets you assemble image puzzles, including Daily puzzles. Some puzzles are free; a subscription can unlock more of the catalog. Availability depends on the published program, your local date, content rights, and access rules. New content requires an internet connection, while some previously obtained content may be available offline. We may update or remove content when rights, quality, or service needs require it. Device loss, deleting the app, or operating-system storage changes can affect progress stored on your device.

We and our licensors retain rights in the app and puzzle images. We grant you permission to use them for personal, noncommercial play within Jigsawonder. You may save or share a completed image through the app's offered features. That permission does not transfer copyright or grant a broader right to sell, relicense, or redistribute the underlying image or catalog. Where an image displays an attribution or additional restriction, follow it.

Use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute the image catalog, or use content in a way that infringes another person's rights. You are responsible for the destination you choose when sharing an image.

Jigsawonder offers optional weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock subscriber content while active. Eligible new subscribers may see a three-day free trial for the weekly plan. Trial availability and any other offer are determined by Apple and shown before purchase. The app's purchase screen displays the current price in your storefront, billing period, any trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms before you confirm.

Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. After a free trial, the weekly plan renews at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled. The annual plan renews annually at the price shown at purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can use Restore Purchases in the app. For refund requests, use Apple's refund process. Access may change if a subscription expires, is refunded, or is revoked. Your statutory rights and Apple's applicable terms still apply.

A Daily reminder is a prompt to open the app, not a promise that a particular puzzle will remain available. We may update the app and these Terms. The updated version will be posted at this page with its effective date, and we will provide further notice or seek consent where applicable law requires it. We may suspend a feature or remove content for maintenance, legal requirements, or rights issues.

The app is provided with the warranties required by applicable law. Except where law forbids it, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular puzzle or saved state will always remain accessible. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or liability that cannot legally be limited. These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact info@sfumatostudios.org first if you have a concern. This does not remove a right to use courts or dispute processes provided by applicable law.
